Granite Bay, California--just the name alone is one to remember. Granite Bay has a home for nearly any buyer as it's luxurious and mature landscapes hold custom and tract homes, in long-time established family neighborhoods. 

Most known for it's proximity to Folsom Lake (and attached to some backyards) Folsom Lake offers beach front, sun/shady sand, water-skiing, boating and swimming fun for everyone.

Many businesses servicing residents of Granite Bay know each other by name, especially from the past 25 years when Granite Bay High School was founded, this year (2021) marking the 25th year. Although GBHS offers the IB (International Baccalaureate Program -- practicing world views, inclusivity, equality and individual commitment to being the change), football and amazing test scores are what GBHS does best, all having a top ten rating (as well as middle and elementary schools). It's no wonder with the current Principal, Jennifer Leighton who is the recipient of the County Principal of the Year. Go Grizzlies!
